Course Overview
Our OSHA 10/30 Hour Construction course is part of the OSHA Outreach training program. The course is delivered 100% online and upon successful completion you will receive an official DOL OSHA 10/30 Hour Construction Completion Card i.e OSHA 10 card or OSHA 30 card.
Who should take this course?
This course is intended for construction workers and supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.

What are the course requirements?
You must pass all exams with a minimum of 70% – but you get 3 chances taking each exam.
OSHA limits all OSHA Outreach Training (classroom and online) to a maximum of 7.5 hours training per day in all OSHA 10/30 – Hour courses. As a result, all OSHA 10/30 – Hour courses must be delivered over a minimum of two days. You must spend at least 10/30 hours in the course to complete it.
My OSHA 10/30-Hour General Industry Card?
Upon successful completion of our OSHA 10/30-Hour General Industry Safety course we immediately provide you with a temporary Completion Certificate that you can print. Your official DOL OSHA 10/30-Hour card will be mailed directly to you.
The card is signed by the course’s OSHA-Authorized Trainer.
