Our Selection Process
We’ve outlined the general process to becoming an accredited Associate Partner with PCS. Once selected for a specific opportunity, the training and intern program take approximately 2 weeks of online and in-person training and 3 months of coaching.
Assessment Process:
A tool called the Leadership Career Profile is designed to predict the likelihood of success in a sales and business leadership career. This questionnaire considers the following about you and your experiences:
Qualification Requirements
Meet minimum professional experience of 5 years
Have a Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
Successfully pass professional match screening process
Successfully pass professional background screen
Successfully pass personal background and credit check
Liquidity Verification (90 day)
